With the entrepreneurs and civic engaged people I work with I often find that those who are introverts would be more effective leaders if they learned better ways to work on their "weaknesses" while maximizing their strengths. And sometimes that work has to take place on a deeper level. It's more than "I don't feel comfortable doing something this way" and more about overcoming their limiting beliefs - what they perceive others think about them or in fear of expressing themselves authentically without offending or sounding unclear.
