alee228
Hi all, I recently spoke with someone who had dealt with NERA Economic Consulting in Sydney. The firm is strong internationally (link: click here), but based on what I learned they are very small in Sydney and struggling with internal morale and with building their business in Australia. This is of course only hearsay, but I would be interested to know whether anyone has information which would corroborate this view. Best regards,Tom
Guest
Hi Tom, I recently found your blog, love it!! As for NERA, I didn't hear anything about low morale, but they are pretty arrogant. I interviewed with them a while back and the guy who ran the interview turned me off almost immediately. At one point he said something like "I don't mean to be disparaging, but firms like Access Economics do the kind of government policy advisory work that we just wouldn't want to touch." Not the best impression. Anyway, keep up the good work!! Pink Panther xxx
Eric Yau
Never work with Nera in Sydney. They are a bunch of douches.
