The USA is Capgemini’s second biggest market, accounting for more than $2 billion in revenue in 2013. Capgemini's US Application Services CEO, Tim Bridges, sees Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability as central component of Capgemini's growth strategy. Although, ironically, it doesn't appear to be because he believes in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability himself, but because he believes that millennials do. Forbes quotes Bridges as saying, “[being a] workplace of choice is [about] attracting the best talent, and to the millennials of today, that’s important.
