alee228
Good strategy involves: a simple plan the focus of resources Points to note: Good results do not mean good strategy, and it is possible to have a company with good strategy but poor results. Current results are a function of past efforts. Strategy determines future direction and future results. Deciding on a strategy requires first having an appreciation for what choices are available. Strategic decisions are not like a multiple choice exam as the range of possible actions that a company can take are not defined in advance.
